Step 1: Unbox & Organize Parts

Unpack all components: base, uprights, 16” console, side rails, hardware kit, and motor cover. Check against the manual parts list.

Step 2: Position Base & Uprights

Place the base on a flat surface. Attach the uprights with supplied bolts, leaving bolts slightly loose until the console is mounted.

Step 3: Install the Console

With assistance, lift and attach the 16” Smart HD console to the uprights. Connect all wiring harnesses securely.

Step 4: Attach Rails & Accessories

Install side rails, water bottle holders, and motor cover. Connect fan and speaker wiring.

Step 5: Adjust Running Belt

Turn on treadmill at low speed. If belt drifts, adjust rear roller bolts until centered and properly tensioned.

Step 6: Test Features

Check incline range (0–12%), speed control, fan, speakers, USB-C charging, and safety key function. Ensure the console responds smoothly.

Step 7: Fold & Store

Engage the SpaceSaver® EasyLift™ Assist to fold deck vertically for storage. Ensure it locks securely in place.
