Its patented counter-balanced Smith bar connects directly to the weight stacks, so there are no Olympic plates to buy, load or store. Exercise Versatility

With six pulleys and up to 40 vertically adjustable positions, the cable system covers everything from heavy low rows and lat pulldowns to chest flyes, cable curls and rotational core work. The adjustable multi-grip pull-up bar and rock climbing grips add bodyweight and grip training, while optional leg extension and curl add-ons expand lower-body work. Dual independent weight stacks even let two people train side by side.

Build and Weight System

A heavy-duty 11-gauge steel frame finished in matte black electrostatic powder coat gives the FT2 PRO commercial-grade stability and a maintenance-free surface. Two 165 lb (75 kg) weight stacks run on a smooth pulley system, and each stack can be upgraded with an additional 50 lb (22.7 kg) for heavier training as you progress.

Footprint and Installation

At roughly 64 in wide and 52 in deep, the walk-in design keeps the floor space compact while giving easy access to every station. Allow for ceiling height near 89 in once the pull-up bar is fitted.
